Description
This session centers around creating positive beliefs around your healing, and dispelling negativity that may create blocks in the healing process. You may choose a power word, that you will use to activate the resourceful comfortable state that leads to healing. In this session we will use the healing light imagery, and assistance of angels, administering help. If you are not comfortable with the imagery of angels, you can think of whoever you consider to be angels in your life. This session is dedicated to detoxing the body, mind and spirit from all toxic substances and thoughts that you can melt with your mind by concentrating on my voice in this session. Remember to make those counterclockwise motions over whatever doesn’t feel well, or figure eight it with your finger or your hand. And think of a power word that you could use as a trigger of a comfortable state. Send yourself some healing thoughts, gratitude, and lots of love.
